Return policy

We hope you are very happy with your Naysayer purchase but just in case, below are a few guidelines to help you through the process.

MERCHANDISE & EQUIPMENT RETURNS

Naysayer has a 30 day return policy for all new and unused merchandise and equipment. It must be returned in the original packaging to receive a full refund. If there is a malfunction in your equipment, please send an email to info@naysayercoffee.com so we can contact the manufacturer.

COFFEE RETURNS

Unfortunately, because coffee is a food product, we do not accept returns on any coffee orders. There are many variables when making coffee at home, if you have questions about brewing methods, please contact us.

SHIPPING DAMAGES & INCORRECT ORDERS

Please contact us if something is wrong with your Naysayer delivery. If your package is damaged, please take pictures and send to info@naysayercoffee.com.
